LACY Leah H., age 82 of Cincinnati, formerly of W. Carrollton passed away Thursday, March 1, 2001 at Mt. Washington Care Center in Cincinnati. She was a graduate of the W. Carrollton High School Class of 1936. Retired employee for the City of W. Carrollton. A member of the Memorial United Methodist Church, W. Carrollton, W.C. Senior Citizens, Creative Writers of the Miamisburg Senior Adult Center, W.C. Historical Society and the W. Carrollton Alumni Assoc. Preceded in death by her husband Russell Lacy, May 20, 1981, parents Joseph and Genevra (Gwinn) Hartley. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Rev. Dr. Gwinn and Miki Lacy of Cincinnati, two grandchildren Patti Harsh of Laura, OH and Russell B. Lacy of Seabeck, WA, three great grandchildren LindaAnn and Rebecca Harsh, several nieces and nephews including Juanita Naylor and husband Ray of W. Carrollton. Funeral service 1 P.M., Monday at the Swart Funeral Home, W. Carrollton. Pastor Gary Eubank officiating. Burial Evergreen Cemetery.
