KREITZER, Ray C. 91, of Eaton, formerly of Phillipsburg, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at Vancrest of Eaton. He was born May 2, 1923, in Greenville, to the late Roy Andrew and Annie May (Riley) Kreitzer. Ray married Esther Jane (Couser) Kreitzer; she survives. Mr. Kreitzer is also survived by four children, Martha (John) Hall of Greenville, Mary (Larry) Wood of Greenville, Gloria (Bill) Blank of Mason, Steve (Sharon) Kreitzer of New Lebanon; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; two great- great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Mary Ballard of Dayton, Jean Bowman of Eaton, and Miriam Overholser of Springfield. He was preceded in death by a brother, John Kreitzer. Ray served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He retired from GM/Delco and worked for ten years as a caretaker of a farm in Adams Co. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Ludlow Falls. Ray enjoyed his woodworking shop, tinkering, and being outdoors. A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 21, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St., West Milton. Visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Private burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, Donnelsville.
