McGEE, F. Parker A lifelong resident of Bellbrook, Parker was born July 11, 1926 in Dayton to Grace (Shiveley) McGee and Floyd McGee. He graduated from West Carrollton High School in 1947 and earned a Business Degree from the University of Dayton in 1951. After 31 years of service, he retired in 1988 from WPAFB where he worked as a Civilian Program Manager. Parker was an intelligent strong-willed man who enjoyed spending time with people who shared his interests in nature and the outdoors. When he was younger, he played golf and enjoyed bicycling. Parker thoroughly loved hiking and camping and was a member of the Buckeye Trail Association. He hiked many sections of the Buckeye Trail and one section of the Appalachian Trail. Parker will be fondly remembered as well for his love of ice cream and Milky Way candy bars. He passed away Thursday January 10, 2013 at the Hospitality Home of Xenia at the age of 86. He was preceded in death by his wife, Harriet (Converse) McGee and son Kevin Brian McGee. Parker is survived by two sons, Floyd Edward McGee (aka Jerico Zachariah Wilson) and Stephen Michael McGee, and special friend Bill Schieman. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 11:00 am-1:00 pm Tuesday January 15th at CONNER & KOCH, 92 W. Franklin St. (S.R. 725), Bellbrook (937 - 848 - 6651). Officiating clergy is Rev.
