Family-Placed Obituary

THOMAS, Thomas H. Age 79 of Dayton, passed away, Monday, April 25, 2005 
at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born March 13, 1926 in West Carrollton, OH 
o the late Tom & Josephine (Anderson) Thomas. Mr. Thomas was a retired employee 
of DESC with 34 years of service. He is survived by his wife of 57 years Yvonne L. 
Oldham) Thomas, son Anthony Thomas of Dayton, devoted brother- in-law Lawrence 
lexander of Dayton, special friends and family Robert & Tita Depp, Gloria Taylor & Family, 
special neighbors Willie Biggs, Phillip & Verna Paschal, and Don & Gary. Graveside 
ervices will be conducted on Friday, April 29, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. from the Evergreen 
Cemetery, W. Carrollton. If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the 
American Diabetes Association in his memory. The family would like to express a 
pecial Thank you to Dr. Margolis and Staff, Dr. Ben Schuster, Dr. Nathan, Dr. Yohannes, 
Dr. Perliman, Sandy from the Joslin Diabetes Center and the staff at Elmcreek Nursing
