HOWLAND, Dean age 76, a lifelong resident of Centerville, Oh.passed 
away on Saturday , October 13, 2007 at Hospice of Dayton. Dean was born 
in Centerville on May 20, 1931 to the late Henry Warren and Mabel Elizabeth 
(Zimmerman) Howland. In addition to his parents ,he was preceded in death 
by a sister, Phyllis Roberts. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Rita, 2 
daughters, Kimberly (Robert) Group of Beavercreek, Amy (Jim) Paoletti of 
Tigard,Or., 3 grandchildren, Andrea Paoletti, Andrew & Maxwell Group and a 
brother- in- law, Ray Roberts of West Carrollton. Dean was a retired sales 
representative of Benjamin Moore & Co. after 33 years of service and was a 
Navy Veteran of the Korean War. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, 
October 17, 2007 at 11:00 A. M. from the Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore 
Funeral Home, 508 E. Linden Ave. Miamisburg. Burial, David Cemetery. 
Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. 
until time of service. Dean attended Centerville "ELKS" football games for 
over 40 years ; his wishes were that memorial contributions, in his memory, 
be made to The Centerville High School Football Program, c/o the Athletic 
Dept. at 500 E Franklin St., Centerville, Oh. 45459.
