STRADER, Roger A. age 79 of Bellbrook, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 
2011 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born September 22, 1932 in Dayton, the son 
of the late Albert E. & Charlotte (Shannon) Strader. Roger was retired from NCR 
and Delphi. Preceded in death by his wife May Strader on July 12, 2011, and his 
son Dale Strader. Survivors include his daughter Kay Greer of Miamisburg, his 
brother Dave Strader and wife Bev, his sister Nancy Koons and husband Hal, 6 
grandchildren Jennifer, Melissa, Allison, Tiffany, Carolyn, Andrew, 5 great 
grandchildren Rachel, Brandon, Jayda, Julia, and Jonah, 5 brothers-in-law Junior 
Hall, Clayton Hall and wife Birdie, Courtney Hall, Jim Hall, Raymond Hall and wife 
Jewell, 3 sisters-in-law Florence DeBoard and husband Howard, Faye Hall, Norma 
Hall, 2 nephews Trey and Chad Koons, as well as numerous other family members 
and friends. A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 14, 2011 at 
11:00 a.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday 
from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, 207 E. 
Central Ave., West Carrollton. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be 
made to Hospice of Dayton or the Alzheimer's Association in his memory.
