BEACHLER, Herbert Eugene 80, of Somerville, Ohio (formerly Ft. 
Myers, Florida), died Thursday, October 27th at home with his 
family. Born January 3, 1936 in Dayton Ohio and graduated in 
1954 from West Carrolton High School. Herb worked as a Pressman 
for the Dayton Daily News, Cincinnati Post and Enquirer and 
retired from the Ft. Myers News Press/USA News. He is survived 
by daughter Gina Gilroyed, son Brian (Jennifer) Beachler; 
Grandchildren Christine Sorrell, Hadyn, Syanna and Braxton 
Beachler; Great Grandchild McKenna Cox; Brother Tom (Jane) 
Beachler; Nephews Michael Beachler his children Trevor, Brady 
and Brennan and Nicholas (Tonia) Beachler their children Austin, 
Jackson and Landon; Great long time friends Jim (Edna) Goodwin, 
Bob Eisle, David Bell, Gary(Wisconsin) and dog Tasha. He is 
preceded in death by his wife Meta (Joyce) Beachler and beloved 
dog Harold. Herb will be laid to rest at Ft. Myers Memorial 
Gardens. His son, Brian, would like to thank Tom and Jane Beachler 
for their caring support throughout the years.
