OSTERMAN, Judy Ann age 68 of Englewood, passed away Tuesday, 
February 26, 2008 at Hospice of Dayton after an illness. She was born 
March 3, 1939 in Germantown, daughter of the late Leo & Melba Risner. 
She was employed as an office clerk for many years. Judy was active in 
the West Carrollton High School Alumni Association. Judy is survived by 
her husband of 40 years Ralph Osterman; 1 son, Jonathon & his wife 
DeAnn Osterman of Covington; 1 sister, Bonnie (Risner) & husband Gil 
Miller of Kingsport, TN; 2 grandchildren, Allison L. & Breanne A. Williams; 
3 nieces, Chris MacLean, Lisa Melton & LeAnn McCollough; brother-in-law 
& sister-in-law, Jerry & Cathy Osterman and numerous other relatives & 
friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 1, 2008 
at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia, with 
Pastor Stephen Nierman officiating. Burial at Polk Grove Cemetery. 
Friends may call at the funeral home from 12:30 PM Saturday until time of 
service at 2:00 PM. If so desired contributions may be made to Hospice of 
Dayton in Judy's memory.
