COOK, Loisnan "Lois" Age 76 of Miamisburg passed away Sunday 
September 21, 2014 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. Lois 
was preceded in death by her parents Theodore and Lillian Thomas, 
husband John E. Cook and son John D. Cook. She is survived by her 
daughter Joni L. Cook of Miamisburg, three sisters Barbara (Elmer) 
Marriott, Marie (Dick) Kurpe and Jane (Tom) Beachler. Also surviving 
are three nieces and four nephews. Lois retired from West Carrollton 
School District after 29 years of service where she was the secretary 
at Harry Russell Elementary School and loved all her students and staff. 
Lois loved her family, flowers and her gardens. The flower garden at 
Harry Russell School is named "Mrs. Cook's Garden". A celebration of 
Lois' life will take place Thursday evening September 25, 2014 at 7:30 
p.m. at Trinity Church, 203 East Linden Ave., Miamisburg, OH 45342. 
Pastor Joe Getts will be officiating. Graveside services will be Friday 
September 26, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillgrove Cemetery, Miamisburg. 
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Humane 
Society of Greater Dayton or Hospice of Dayton. Arrangements, Sanner 
Funeral Home, West Carrollton.
