Family-Placed Obituary

HARTMAN, Patricia M. age 66 of Miami Twp., passed away Thursday, March 31, 2005 at 
Hospice of Dayton. She was born May 25, 1938 in Dayton, OH, the daughter of Edward and 
Thelma (Richie) Fritz. She was an employee of Exotics Packaging. She is a member of The 
Zion Memorial United Church of Christ and the Red Hat Society in Florida. Preceded in death 
by her father, and by a sister Carol Sue Fritz. She is survived by her husband of 49 years Willard 
M., 2 sons Gary Hartman and wife Deanna of Miamisburg, and Daren Hartman and wife Julie of 
Miami Twp., her mother Thelma Fritz of Lebanon, sister Linda Blevins and husband Richard of 
Lebanon, 3 grandchildren Sabella, DeLaney and Evan Hartman and numerous other family 
members and friends. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 5, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. from the 
SWART FUNERAL HOME, W. Carrollton. Rev. Ray Kaiser officiating. Burial Dayton Memorial 
Park Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral 
home. If so desired memorial contributions maybe made to Hospice of Dayton.
