CARDENIA, Elizabeth Lee age 69, of Beavercreek OH passed away May 23, 2011 after a prolonged illness. She was born October 25, 1941 in Dayton OH. She is preceded in death by her loving parents Everett Harrod and Muriel Lee Thompson, her brother Guy Thompson and her sister Robin Brady. She leaves behind her loving husband Joseph Cardenia, her daughter Teresa and son-in-law Kevin Low of Beavercreek OH. She is also survived by her brother Daniel Thompson and wife Karen of Xenia OH, and her two grandchildren Casey Low and Alexa Low. Elizabeth graduated from West Carrollton High School in 1959, she remained active in class reunions and kept in touch with high school friends. She held the position of Deputy Motor Registrar during her career. She was a lifelong resident of Beavercreek and Huber Heights. Memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday May 27, 2011 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd, Beavercreek Ohio 45432. Friends may call to the funeral home from 12:00pm until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Dayton in Elizabeth's name.
