RONALD GENE PINYON 1942-2008
Ronald Gene Pinyon, age 65, of Pace, FL. passed away on Friday, 
March 21, 2008 after a long illness. He was born in Blue Diamond, 
Kentucky on October 18, 1942 and moved to Florida from Ohio, 
after graduating from West Carrollton High School in 1960. He 
was a graduate of Pensacola Bible Institute where he continued 
teaching, for a short time, after his graduation. He was an 
ordained Baptist Minister. He retired from Westinghouse and was 
also the owner of Zack's Frozen Yogurt on Ninth Avenue. 
He was a cancer survivor, battling Hodgkin's disease in 1974. 
He recovered and went on the run the 26-mile Atlanta Marathon. 
He is survived by his mother, Virginia Stepp; Step dad, Francis 
Stepp; two sons, William Pinyon, from Cocoa, FL and Jeff Pinyon, 
from Chumuckla, FL; two very dear friends, Hobert and Peggy Fields; 
friend, Kitty Gordon and his dog. Bo.He was preceded in death by 
his wife, Nina Mae Pinyon; his Dad, William Gene Pinyon.He was a 
very loving, caring father, and caretaker from many injured animals. 
His presence will be greatly missed. At his request no services 
will be held. In Lieu of flowers donations my be made to the 
Humane Society.
