EBY, Carl W. age 69 of West Carrollton, passed away on Friday, 
July 6, 2012. He was born December 13, 1942 in Dayton, the son 
of the late Jacob & Edith M. (Coy) Eby. Mr. Eby was a member of 
the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Gratis, the Montgomery County 
Farm Bureau and honorably served in the U.S. Army. He is survived 
by his brother Marvin A. Eby, his sister Ruth Ann Eby, numerous 
nieces, nephews, family and friends. A graveside service will be held 
on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at the Evergreen Cemetery. 
The family will receive friends on Monday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. 
at the SWART & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton..
