IRWIN, William V. "Bill" 75, of Bellbrook, passed away on July 25, 2017. He was born July 6, 1942 in Davenport, Iowa. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother. No words can express how much Bill will be missed by his family and friends.
