FOWLER, Virginia "Ginger" Lee Lowman Campbell age 65 of Lewisburg, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2009 at her residence. She was the daughter of Russell & Virginia Lowman of Brookville. A loving wife and a wonderful mother. Ginger is survived by her mother Virginia "Genny" Lowman, her loving husband Edmon Fowler of Lewisburg, her 3 children Doug Campbell and wife Jenny of Miamisburg, Crystal James of Wilmington, Cathy Ball and husband Bryan of Bellbrook, 8 loving grandchildren Matthew, Amanda, Sierra, Justin, Tyler, Whitney, Drew and Rebecca and 2 great grandchildren. She also leaves brothers 4 stepchildren, their children and grandchildren, 3 brothers Tim, Fred, and Jerry Lowman, her sister Vicky Carney. She will also be missed by many friends and family members. Ginger was a blessing in life and we are lucky to have an Angel in Heaven to watch over all of us. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at 12 NOON from the SWART FUNERAL HOME, W. Carrollton. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service. Followed by a Celebration of her Life at the home of Doug Campbell, 686 South Gebhart Church Rd., Miamisburg. She will be laid to rest at Sugar Grove Cemetery.
