McCUISTION, Othel (Murphy) passed peacefully July 19th 2009 
Surrounded by her husband, children and family. Mom was born 
March 14th 1943 in Hazard, Kentucky, Married for 47 years to our 
wonderful Father, James L. McCuistion where they currently reside 
in Troy, Ohio, for the last 33 years. Her sons, Tony, Derek, Mark 
and Jeff, their wives and 11 grandchildren, 1 great- grandchild, 1 
niece, Danielle Jamison, Her mother Elva Murphy and sister Dyane 
Murphy of Dayton. Mom was the owner and operator of the designer
fashion boutique "REFLECTIONS" for 17 years in Tipp City and 
Troy. Your love will live forever in our hearts and life, for what you 
have touched will never be without hope. Funeral service on Wed. 
July 22nd 2009 at 1:30 P.M. at Fisher- Cheney Funeral Home, Troy 
with Sis. Lou Witt and Pastor Todd Hoskins officiating. Visitation at 
funeral home, Tues. 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. Interment at Dayton Memorial
