SIMPSON, Donna J. (Richards) Age 72 of Waynesville, formerly of 
West Carrollton passed away Saturday October 3, 2015 at Kettering 
Medical Center. Donna retired from Mead Corp.. She was a volunteer 
for the Suicide Prevention Center and member of the West Carrollton 
VFW Post Ladies Auxiliary. Donna was a graduate of West Carrollton 
High School Class of 1961. Preceding her in death was her husband; 
Richard, son; Jeff, father; John D. Richards, mother and step-father; 
Faye and John Likovetz. She is survived by 2 children; Commander 
Richard E. (Lori) Simpson, Jr. of MD, J.J. (Nick) Hoffman of Springboro,
5 grandchildren; Lindsay, Lauren, Jack, Delani and Danielle, 5 great-
grandchildren; Olive, Sloan, Hazel, Diem and Maple and an amazing 
group of life long friends! Visitation will be Thursday October 8, 
2015 from 1-3 p.m. at the Sanner Funeral Home, 800 So. Alex Rd., West 
Carrollton, OH 45449. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m.. Graveside 
services will be Friday at 2:30 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery, West 
Carrollton. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to Suicide 
Prevention Center, 1110 Webster St., Dayton, OH 45404 in Donna's memory.
