OGAN, JAMES "JIM" D. - age 65 was born July 17, 1943 and entered into Eternal Rest 
with our Lord, The King Of Kings on Sunday February 8, 2009. He was preceded in death 
by parents, Doyle and Edna Ogan; daughter, Kelly Ogan; sister, Arlene Robbins; and 
special friend, Jenny Johnson. Jim enjoyed his life as a tool and dye worker for 48 years. 
He also enjoyed his farm life, taking care of Joe Dog and all his cattle. He especially 
enjoyed all of his children and all eight grandchildren. He is survived by his daughters, 
Shaun Reed and husband Michael of Laredo, Texas, Melissa Roach and husband Stacy 
of Morristown, TN, Jamie Ogan of Rutledge, TN; nephews, Paul, Danny, and Rich Robbins; 
niece, Sue Robbins; grandchildren, Stephanie, Michael II, James Thomas, Analiese Reed, 
Steven, Zachary, and Ashley Roach, Timothy Mark, Madison and Nicholas, Margie Ogan 
of Knoxville, TN; many friends at Progressive Industries and longtime friend of the family, 
Harold Turley. Special thanks to Dr. Elise Shriver, Dr. Susan Huntsinger and all the great 
staff at U.T. Memorial Hospital for the kindness and care they gave our Daddy. Psalm 
40:1-3 I waited patiently for the LORD; he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me 
out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm 
place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will
