TIREY, Jessie C. Age 60, of Vandalia, passed away Friday, May 26, 2006, 
at her son's home in New Carlisle. Jessie was born February 14, 1946 in 
Minneapolis, MN to Ralph E. & Betty C. (Hopkins) Fessenden. She is preceded 
in death by her father; and by two infant sisters, Judy & Susan. Jessie is survived 
by four children, Tommy of Dayton, Donnie & Regina of New Carlisle, Roger of 
Miami Twp., Betsy (& Jeff) Tirey of Dayton; her former husband, Donnie L. Tirey, 
Sr; six grandchildren, Jeffrey, Steven, Donnie, Garrison, Jordan & Allison; three 
brothers and sisters-in-law, Eddie & Pam, Jeff & Theresa, Ronnie & Angie 
Fessenden; four sisters, Dale Jackson, Peggy & Dave Leiffer, Linda & Rick 
Armstrong, Mary & Dwain Myers; and by a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral 
services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 1, at Newcomer Funeral Home & 
Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Pastor Harry Stewart will officiate. 
Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, West Carrollton. The family will be 
receiving friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home. To send
