SNOOTS, Charles R., 43 of West Carrollton, passed away Sunday at 
his residence following an extended illness.  Charles was an Air 
Force Veteran of the Vietnam conflict.  He was employed at 
Southview Hospital as a nuclear medicine technologist.  Survived 
by his wife, Melann, daughter, Sonya, parents Charles A. and Inez 
Snoots of Miami Township, brother Donald Snoots of Tx, sister Carol 
Snoots of Miami Township
