HIBBARD, Judith K. (Knipp) "Judy" Age 67 of West Carrollton passed away Thursday April 14, 
2016 while under Hospice care. Judy was born in Napoleon, OH on April 22, 1948 to 
the late Leland A. and Eileen R. (Frederick) Knipp. She retired from West Carrollton 
Schools as a Library Media Specialist and was a member of Greater Federation of 
Women's Club, Cincinnati Chapter. Judy is survived by her husband of 34 years, Carl 
Hibbard, daughter Elizabeth Hibbard of Cincinnati, 3 grandchildren Sophia, Charles 
and Andrew, her brother Mike and wife Sara Knipp and their 2 sons Jeff and Pat. It 
was Judy's wishes that her services be private and memorial contributions be made 
to the Hospice of your choice in her memory. "The Lady Was A Boater". Arrangements
