LONG, Douglas A. age 60 of West Carrollton, passed away on Monday, December 21, 2009. 
He was born September 15, 1949 in Dayton, the son of the late Herbert L. Sr. & Pauline G. 
(Graham) Long. Survived by his brother Herbert L. Long, Jr. and wife Lorna of Miamisburg, 2 
aunts Geraldine Kidwell of Carlisle, Phyllis Gephart and husband Raymond of TN, a special 
cousin Dusty Schenck and husband Barney of Carlisle, as well as numerous other family 
members and friends. A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 4, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. 
from the SWART FUNERAL HOME, West Carrollton. Chaplain Tim Woodward officiating. Burial 
will follow at the Hillgrove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 NOON until the time 
of service at the funeral home. If desired memorial contributions may be made to Crossroads 
Hospice in Dougs memory.
