Kinney, Teresa Ann Rucker - Born in West Carrollton, Ohio on March 30, 1949, married Stephen Ray Kinney on November 8, 1968, died at home in LaGrange, Kentucky on October 5, 2017. Preceded in death by Harold Rucker (father), Audrey Rucker (mother), and Sherry Aselage (sister). Survivors include Steven Ray Kinney (husband), Joy Kinney Lusby (daughter --Georgetown, KY), David Lusby (son-in-law), Hope Kinney Foster (daughter—Murray, KY), Scott Foster (son-in-law), Christopher Ray Kinney (son—Louisville, KY), Tonya Allbery (sister—Waynesville, OH), Kim Krug (sister—Dayton, OH), Mike Rucker (brother—Cable, OH), Bryant Hugh Foster (grandson—University of Louisville) & Cole Mason Foster (grandson—Murray, KY). Teresa worked as an administrative assistant at the Jefferson County Board of Education, Box Office Manager at The Kentucky Opera, sales associate at The Corner Store & Bloom's (LaGrange, KY). Teresa was a 1967 graduate of West Carrollton High School and attended Morehead State University after graduation. She was a member of the Covenant United Methodist Church in LaGrange, KY (transferred membership from Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Louisville), member and former president of LaGrange Project Guild, & current Board Member of the Oldham County Country Club. She was also named an Honorable Kentucky Colonel by Governor Julian M. Carroll. Visitation will be at Covenant UMC in LaGrange, KY from 3-4 p.m. on Sunday, October 8 followed by a memorial service.
