ONEY (Prater), Linda Douglas 66 of West Carrollton, Ohio, passed away Feb. 10, 2016. 
She was born Nov. 30, 1949, in Whitesburg, KY., to Roy and Ruby (Fields) Prater. 
Linda was a 1968 graduate of West Carrollton High School. She retired from Montgomery 
County Juvenile Courts. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Curtis 
Oney. She is survived by her sons: Jeff Douglas of New Market, TN. and Randy Douglas 
of West Carrollton, Ohio. 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, sister, Sandy Ruth 
of Kettering, Ohio. Special friend, Bob Tickel and many close friends and family. As per 
Linda's request, her body was donated to Wright State University, School of Medicine.
