DOWNARD (Neyman), Karen E. Age 66 of West Carrollton. Randy, age 68 passed away 
January 3, 2015 and Karen passed away September 7, 2016. Both retired from Delphi 
Division of General Motors. A celebration of their lives will take place on 
Thursday September 15, 2016 from 5-7 p.m. at Sanner Funeral Home, 800 So. Alex Rd., 
West Carrollton, OH 45449. Private inurnment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, 
West Carrollton. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society .
