SCHOTZ, Patricia A. (Smith) age 62, of Miami Twp., passed away 
Tuesday November 5, 2013 at Kettering Medical Center. Patty is 
survived by her husband of 38 years Herbert Schotz, her mother 
Odessa Hemmelgarn, children Spencer Schotz of Miami Twp., 
Heidi (Louie) Williams of Orlando, FL, sisters Carla (Ray) Shade of 
Miami Twp., Barbara (Terry) Watson of Germantown, grandchildren 
Jordan, Connor, Griffin and Kahlin, nieces and nephews Jeff Shade,
Douglas Shade, Brian Taylor and Jennifer Watson and numerous 
other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Friday from 5-7 p.m. 
with services at 7 p.m. at the Sanner Funeral Home, 800 So. Alex Rd., 
West Carrollton, OH 45449. Graveside funeral services will be 
Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Highland Park Cemetery, Williamsburg, KY. 
Croley Funeral Home, Williamsburg, KY will be handling services in 
Williamsburg, KY..
