KILBURN, Carl E. Age 64, of Moraine, departed this life on August 4, 2016. He graduated from
West Carrollton High School, Carl was a member of VFW-Rodngun-AVET Club. Carl loved all his
family and friends, he also loved the great outdoors. He was a avid gun collector. Carl was
preceded in death by his mom Gertrude Perrin and father Willie Kilburn, brothers Mike Kilburn,
and Herbert Kilburn. Survivors include his sister Wanda Roudebush of Wilmington. Sister Connie
Ross of West Carrollton. Several cousins, Randy Ross of Tampa, FL., Rodger Burton of 
Wilmington, Mike Kilburn of Waynesville, Herbert Kilburn (JR) of Germantown. His loving
