BEARDSLEY-JACOBS, Sherry Age 59, of West Carrollton, went home to be with the 
Lord on Tuesday, April 14, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, 
Jim & Sue Beardsley; daughter Cody Jacobs; uncle, Howard and grandparents, 
Lawrence & Oza Melzoni. Sherry is survived by her husband of 40 years, Will 
Jacobs; children, Derek and Montie; grandchildren, Ashten, Kayla, Daniel, 
William, Sophia, Timothy, Korynn, Kennedy, Ava and Carson; siblings, Kevin, 
Keith, Kent and Kyle Beardsley; aunt, Carolyn; uncle, Tom, and many other 
relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Monday, April 20, 
2015 from 5-7pm at Miami Shores Baptist Church (4000 Vance Rd, Moraine, OH). 
The service will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 11am at the church.
