GOFF (Hall), Judy "Karen" Age 59 of New Carlisle passed away peacefully in 
her home on Saturday, January 24, 2015, surrounded by loved ones. She was 
born on April 2, 1955 in Springfield OH the daughter of, Garfield Hall Jr 
and Elaine (Jus-tice) Pack. She was preceded in death by her parents as well 
as her sister Dora Jaques, her brother Stephen Hall and ex-husband John W. 
Goff. She is survived by her son, John Anthony "Tony" Goff; brothers, 
Clarence "Joe" Hall, Kenneth "Rocky" Pack; nephews, Joe Hall, Kevin Jaques, 
Justin Jaques; nieces, Kelli Hall, Jessica Jaques; cousins Waleka and Tim 
Hetico, Louise and Ivan Taylor, Billie Sue and Joe Blazer; aunt Gloria Hixon, 
Alberta Justice; uncle, Herman Justice; boyfriend, Frank Young; best friend 
Debbie Smith; beloved granddog, Miles Davis Goff; and many more friends, 
neighbors and former co-workers. Karen graduated from West Carrollton High 
School in 1973. She worked for AAA Miami Valley for 38 years and retired in 
2009 as Director Of Member Services. A proud mom, devoted daughter, sister, 
aunt, companion and friend. She will forever be greatly missed. A Celebration 
of Life and Gathering Of Family and Friends will be held on Saturday, 
January 31, 2015 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR AND FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 
507 West Jefferson Street, New Carlisle OH 45344. Visitation from 10:00am- 
12:00pm, with a short service there and at the graveside to follow. Online
