MATHENY, Roger V. age 55 of Moraine. Beloved husband of Mary 
Ellen passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 3, 2011. He 
was preceded in death by his father Herbert V. Matheny. He is 
survived by his children Jeremy and wife Heather Frisbie, Marlena 
Siroki, Jodi and husband Jason Seitanakis and Casey Harmon; 
randchildren Kimberlie and James Frisbie, Andrew, Aleesa and 
Michaela Harmon and Alex Seitanakis; mother Ida Matheny; brother 
David Matheny and sister Debra Matheny and a host of other 
relatives and friends. Roger, the former Mayor of Moraine, will be 
greatly missed for his dedicated service to the community. He was 
past president and very active with the Moraine City Fraternal Order 
of Eagles #3925. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Wednesday, 
March 9, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home 3940 Kettering Blvd.,
 Kettering, with Pastor Doug Surber officiating. Interment will follow 
at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 
4 pm to 8 pm Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at the funeral home. In loving
