BROOKS, Steven D. age 57 of West Carrollton, went to be 
with the Lord on August 27, 2014. He was born November 10, 
1956 in Dayton to the late Riley E. and Katherine Brooks. In 
addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by sister, 
Angie Brooks; aunts: Juanita Lane and Louise Lakes; uncle, 
Kenneth Peyton and sister-in-law, Diann Brooks. Steve is 
survived by his brothers and sisters: Larry (Gwen) Brooks, Melvin 
Brooks, Carolyn (David) Crislip, Mike (Joy) Brooks, David 
(Sherry) Brooks, Vicki (Howie) Clancy, Jeff (Kathy) Brooks, Mark 
Brooks and Lisa Maxwell; numerous nieces and nephews. A 
funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 30, 
2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd, where 
the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service,
