LaFORSCH, Karen Sue (Kaltenbach) 56 of Boynton Beach, FL passed 
away unexpectedly Friday, June 27, 2014. She was born in Dayton, OH 
June 18, 1958. Karen graduated from West Carrollton High School in 
1975 and Sinclair Community College School of Nursing in 1983. Karen 
was preceded in death by her husband, William Ricky LaForsch February 
10, 2012. Karen is survived by her mother Shirley (Conny) Skarha, father 
Roger (Susan) Kaltenbach, sister Paula (Tim) Henry, nephew Timmy Henry, 
step-sister Elaine (Nick) Raptosh, step-brother Lee (Pam) Skarha, aunts 
Gwen (Tom) Nugent and Patricia (Bernie) Ampe, sister-in-law Linda LaForsch 
and many cousins. Karen's family loved her very much and she will be truly 
missed by family and friends. Private funeral arrangements by All County
