WEST, Stephen J. age 53 of Huber Heights, passed away Tuesday 
November 3, 2009 in his residence. He was born January 22, 1956 in 
Dayton, the son of Arthur William and Anna Marie (Couch) West. 
Stephen served his country in the United States Marine Corps and 
followed with employment in civil service as a contract negotiator. 
Stephen was Pastor of Akribos Theological Fellowship, where his 
ministry was characterized by a love for God's people that was as big 
as he was. He was preceded in death by his mother. Survivors include 
his wife, Rhonda; two children, Andrea Scheu and husband Thomas, 
Andrew West; three grandchildren, Samantha, Brandon, and Emileigh 
Scheu; his father; and two brothers, William West and wife Jeanie and 
Thomas West. A memorial service will be held on Saturday November 
14, 2009 at 4:00 P.M. in the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. 
Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, Rev. Charles Quillen officiating. 
The family will receive friends from 3:00 P.M. until the time of the service.
