COLE, James N. "Big Jim" Age 54, of Bellbrook, passed away Monday, August 12, 2013 at Kettering Medical Center. He was born January 17, 1959 in Dayton to Nettie Mae (Isaacs) and Nolan "Doc" Cole. Jim was a member of the Minerva #98 Masonic Lodge, Miamisburg and the Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton. He was a kind, funny, knowledgble, and honest man who enjoyed collecting sports memorabilia. Above all, Jim dearly loved his wife, daughters, mother, and sister. Jim was a 1977 West Carrollton High School graduate and earned his Communications Degree from Miami University in 1981. He retired as Sales Manager from Western-Southern Life Insurance Company. He was preceded in death by his dad. Jim is survived by his wife of 29 years, Jamie (Hurley) Cole, three daughters, Jennifer Ann of Columbus, Jessica Denise and Joanna Mae of Bellbrook, mother, Nettie Mae of Xenia, and one sister, Vicki Six (Fred) of Xenia. A gathering of family and friends from 5-7 pm Thursday, August 15 at CONNER & KOCH, 92 W. Franklin St., Bellbrook, where soup beans and cornbread will be served in his memory. A celebration of Jim's life will follow at 7:00 pm. Graveside services 2:00 pm Friday at Swiss Colony Cemetery, London, Kentucky.
