COX, Robert Hugh was born July 27, 1965 passed away peacefully at home 
after a short and courageous battle with Leukemia on May 4, 2011. Robert 
graduated from West Carrollton High School in 1982 and was employed by 
Kettering Medical Center as a Security Officer. Robert was a member of the 
Liberty Baptist Church;. He also was an avid hunter and fisherman. Robert
 was preceded in death by his father, Carl E. Cox Sr. and is survived by his 
mother, Barbara J. Cox (Moon). He will be dearly missed by his daughter, 
avanah Cox (William Weidel); his sons, Jake Cox and Cory (Sara) Cox. He 
also leaves a precious grand daughter, Brooke; 5 sisters; Mary Swafford, 
Debra (Mike) Gephart, Carla Lovell (Bill Gaul), Betsy Smith, and Robin (Tim) 
Wessel; 2 brothers, Carl (Susie) Cox Jr. and Sam (Angela) Cox; and numerous 
nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at Newcomer Funeral Home 
(South Chapel) at 3940 Kettering Blvd. on Monday May 9, 2011 from 5PM to 
7PM with funeral service to follow 7PM. Pastor Craig Lovell will be officiating. 
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Roberts 
Memory. The family would also like to thank the KH Network Co-workers, staff, 
and physicians, who provided Robert with excellent care and support during
