SCHWARZ, Sandra K. age 42 of W. Carrollton, passed away Sunday, March 29, 
2009 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born August 22, 1966 in Cincinnati. 
Sandra was a EDI Manager with First Group America. Survived by her husband 
of 21 years Jeff Schwarz, her son Jeffrey (17), her daughter Amber (16) both of W. 
Carrollton, her parents Junior & Faye Dennis of W. Carrollton, 3 brothers David 
Dennis, Bill Dennis and Gary Dennis and wife Christina all of W. Carrollton, her 
sister Patty Malicote of W. Carrollton, 2 nephews DJ & Andy Dennis of W. 
Carrollton, 2 nieces Samantha Dennis and Chelsea Malicote of W. Carrollton, 
as well as numerous other family member and friends. Funeral services will be 
held on Friday, April 3, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. from the SWART FUNERAL HOME, 
W. Carrollton. Burial Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends on 
Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
