McFARLAND, Jody Lee age 42 of Dayton passed away Thursday 
February 6, 2014. Jody worked at Grandview Hospital. Memberships 
included VFW Post 3438 West Carrollton and the Wolf Creek Rod 
and Gun Club. He is survived by his loving wife Lisa (Bailey) 
McFarland, Father Kenneth E. and wife Wilma McFarland, Mother 
Dawn L. Bernard, 4 children Kenny, Hannah, Riley, Joleen, sister 
Tammy McFarland, 2 step-sisters Tammy Gibbs, Cindy Lynch and 
special niece Ashley Collins. Funeral services will be Thursday 
February 13, 2014 at 1 p.m. from the Southern Hills United Methodist 
Church, 2287 South Dixie Hwy., Kettering, OH 45409 with Pastor 
David Broyles officiating. Burial will follow at Trissel Cemetery, New 
Lebanon. Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-1p.m. Thursday at the church 
(2 hours prior to services). In lieu of flowers memorial contributions 
may be made to the Grandview Foundation, 405 W. Grand Ave., 
Dayton, OH 45405 in Jody's memory. Arrangements Sanner Funeral
