YOUNG, Matthew D. age 21 of West Carrollton, passed away Sunday, 
February 3, 2013. Matt was born on June 30, 1991 in Kettering. He is 
survived by his mother and step father, Julie and Ron Millard; father, Mike 
Young; sisters, Brandi Melinich & Laci Richards; brothers, Josh Young 
and Chris Millard; grandparents, Vera Young, Jerry & Phyllis Rieger, and 
Dottie Millard; and numerous other relatives & Friends. He attended W. 
Carrollton High School and was employed by the Submarine House.
