EWING, Charlotte I. Age 91 of Huber Heights, passed away Monday September 10, 2018 at Walnut Creek Nursing Center. Charlotte was born in Miamisburg, OH on January 13, 1927 to the late John E. and Elizabeth L. (Shell) Smith. She was retired from the West Carrollton School District where she drove a bus for many years. She then worked at Walmart, Huber Heights, as a cashier and greeter and retired from there. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband John W. Ewing in 2003 and brother Mark Smith. Surviving are her children Jeff and Shirley Ellis, Harold and Brenda Adkins, Jim and Bonnie Lowe, Bob and Gloria Adkins, Brenda Greer, 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild and her special cat Pretty Boy. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 312 W. Whipp Rd., Dayton, OH 45459 or American Diabetes Association, 8899 Brookside Ave., West Chester, OH 45069. It was Charlotte's wish there would be no services. Arrangements in care of Sanner Funeral Home, West Carrollton.
