FOWLER, Richard W. Longtime West Carrollton Senior High School teacher Richard 
Fowler died Saturday March 15, 2015 at his West Carrollton home. He was 81. A 
memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday March 28 at the Yellow Springs 
Unitarian Fellowship meeting house, located at 2884 U.S. Route 68 south of Yellow 
Springs.
