FREDENBURGH, Annette E. Age 73, of Centerville, passed away Friday, October 20, 2017 at Miami Valley Hospital after a brief illness. Annette (nee St. Pierre) was a graduate of Oakwood High School and Wright State University, as a member of its first graduating class. Annette started her career as a West Carrollton High School teacher, but spent more than twenty-five years as an executive assistant at NCR, Texaco Corporation, and The Episcopal Diocese of New York. After moving back to Dayton, she served as a bookkeeper/administrative assistant at Beth Abraham Synagogue until her retirement in 2016. A member of St. George's Episcopal Church, Annette was very active in the community volunteering for CityHeart and the Schuster Performing Arts Center. She attended many classes at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Dayton and enjoyed socializing with family and friends, traveling, and playing golf. She is preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, the Reverend John Cole Fredenburgh in 2015. Annette is survived by her son, Richard (Barbara) Rowland; daughter, Amy Rowland (Sharon Werner); step-sons, Edward Fredenburgh, Christian Fredenburgh, and Cole (Lisa) Fredenburgh; brother, Robert (Kathy) St. Pierre; grandchildren, Rachel & Stephanie Rowland and Alex Werner-Rowland; cousin, Dawn (Tom) Elliott; and nephews, nieces, step-grandchildren, other relatives and many dear friends. Funeral Service 11:00 AM Saturday, October 28, 2017 at St. George's Episcopal Church, 5520 Far Hills Ave. with Bishop Thomas E. Breidenthal officiating. Inurnment will be at The Cathedral of Saint John the Divine in New York. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to CityHeart, 20 West First Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402 in Annette's memory.
