KRABACHER, Michelle Marie (Amann) Age 68, of Bellbrook, passed away on Friday, August 23, 2013, peacefully at home and surrounded by her family. She was born June 21, 1945 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Michelle retired from West Carrollton High School in 2003 after a 25 year career teaching Spanish. She was passionate about Latin culture, which was revealed through her fun and engaging teaching style. Michelle's lifelong enthusiasm for travel was shared by her husband of 41 years, Richard L. Krabacher, and their many friends and traveling companions. She was an avid traveler, including study abroad in Spain, Columbia, and Mexico as a young woman and numerous U.S. and world-wide trips in later life, which took her to every continent. She is remembered for her kindness and warmth towards all and especially for her dedication to her family. She is survived by her husband Richard; her son Greg of Bexley, Ohio, his wife Anne (Claxton), and their two children Aaron and Margaret; her son Ken of Columbus, Ohio and his wife Amanda (Ring); her daughter Jennifer of Dayton, Ohio; her brother in law Glenn Krabacher and his wife Christine (Wirth); numerous nieces and nephews and many, many friends and former students. She is preceded in death by her parents, Marie (Buehler) and Michael Amann; one brother, Charles Amann; and three sisters Betty Jean Amann, Jean Amann, and Mary (Amann) Doty. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, August 29th from 5-7 pm at CONNER & KOCH, 92 W. Franklin St. (S.R. 725), Bellbrook, Ohio. A celebration of Michelle's life will follow at 7:00 pm with Father Satish Joseph officiating.
