PARSONS (Miller), Connie Sue Age 54 of West Carrollton, OH passed peacefully 
on June 18, 2015 after a brief battle with cancer. She is preceded in death by 
her father, Donald Miller. Survived by her mother, Joyce R. Miller (Gossard); 
her step-mother, Janis Miller; sister, Diane Milholland (brother-in-law, Tim); 
her loving husband of 34 years, Garley Parsons; three children, Aaron, Neil 
(daughter -in-law, Kassie), and Haley Parsons; her faithful dog, Zoey; and a 
great supporting network of extended family and friends. Connie was one of the 
most selfless and caring people that many will ever know. She loved her job, 
the people she worked with, and her kids, both her own and all the students at 
West Carrollton Schools. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and 
the entire West Carrollton community. In lieu of flowers, the family will be 
establishing a scholarship in Connie Sue Parsons memory. Donations may be sent

Pease Ave., West Carrollton, OH 45449. There will be a visitation on Tuesday from 
4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Tobias Funeral Home, 5471 Far Hills Ave. A private memorial
