TROXELL, Katha Jean Age 71 of Miami Twp. passed away Wednesday, 
March 5, 2008. She was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Libby 
Stemm) Maxwell and her sister Marilyn Watson. Jean graduated from 
Greenville High School and received a teaching degree from Miami 
University. She retired from West Carrollton City Schools after teaching 
Kindergarten for 25 years. Where she touched the lives of many children 
and families. Jean was a member of Central Presbyterian Church, where 
she was a member of the choir and active member for 40 years. Jean 
was also a member of the Dayton Buckeye Model A Club. She is survived 
by her loving and dedicated husband Jim Troxell, her children Julie (Tim) 
Barker, Beth Warner, Tom Troxell and Mike (Jammie) Troxell, her sister 
Carol (Bill) Funderburg, her grandchildren Rachel and Luke Klosterman, 
Nicholas and Molly White and Collin, Lincoln and Hayden Troxell; and many 
nieces, nephews and friends. Graveside funeral services will be Monday, 
March 10, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the Greenville Union Cemetery, Greenville, 
OH. Rev. John Person officiating. Family and friends are welcome. A 
memorial service will be on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at 6:15 p.m. at the 
Central Presbyterian Church, 4699 Lamme Rd. With Rev. Robert McQuilkin 
officiating. A gathering of friends and family will be from 3-6 p.m. at the 
church on Thursday. Please, in lieu of flowers make contributions to the 
West Carrollton Education Foundation, 430 East Pease Ave., West
